Julienne Blackburn — Trauma Informed Life Coach

Working together

Break free from the cycle of abuse and rediscover yourself.

Start wherever feels possible right now. One-on-one coaching is open today; groups are something to grow into later.

One-on-One Coaching

Private sessions, entirely yours. We meet by video or phone, and we work on what is actually in front of you.

  • Naming the pattern you are living inside, in plain language
  • Boundaries you can hold up under pressure, not just in theory
  • Untangling what was you from what was done to you
  • Practical planning for the hard conversations and decisions ahead
  • Prayer and deliverance ministry, if and when you want it

Who it is for: People recovering from narcissistic, borderline, psychopathic, and other Cluster B abuse — in a marriage, a family, a workplace, or a church.

Group Sessions

Doing this work alongside other people who already understand it, with Julienne facilitating. Something she plans to offer further down the road.

  • Kept small, so everyone has room to speak
  • A closed, confidential circle — what is said there stays there
  • Held online, so you can take part from wherever you feel safest

Who it is for: People who have done some of this work already and are ready to stop carrying it alone. Groups are not running yet — this is about being kept in mind for when they are.

Is coaching the same as therapy?

No. Therapy treats mental health conditions and looks backward to heal them; a licensed therapist is trained and regulated to do that. Coaching is forward-looking — we work on what you are deciding, saying, and doing next. Many of my clients see a therapist and work with me at the same time, and that combination works well. If what you need is clinical care, I will say so directly and help you find it.

What does 'trauma-informed' actually mean here?

It means the work is built around not re-traumatizing you. You are never required to retell the worst of it to be taken seriously. You control what gets discussed and when, and if something is too much on a given day, we stop. Safety comes before progress, every time.

Do I have to want the faith part?

No. Prayer, deliverance, and ministry are offered because many people specifically come to me for them. They are never a condition of working with me, and declining them changes nothing about the care you get.

What if I am still in the relationship?

Many people are. You do not have to have left, and you will not be pressured to leave on anyone's timeline but your own. If you are in physical danger, safety planning comes first — and I will point you to people trained specifically for that.

How do I pay?

Zelle, PayPal, or Venmo. Details are on the payment page, and I will confirm everything with you before your first session.
